Terms & Conditions

Your tent, caravan, awning etc, including guy ropes, must fit on your pitch.

There is a minimum 2 night booking requirement at weekends during July and August and a 3 night minimum for Bank Holidays.

A £10 per night deposit is required on all bookings with the exception of Bank Holidays and bookings in July and August, which are payable in full with the booking. In the event of cancellations, deposits are non refundable, but can be credited against a future booking.

Payments for Bank Holidays and July and August are non-refundable unless we are able to resell the pitch, in which case the whole amount can be credited against a future booking or, a £10 per night booking deposit retained and the balance refunded by cheque. A Credit or Debit card is required to guarantee these bookings but payment can be made by cash or cheque on arrival. A 2.0% service charge is made for Credit Card payments.

SITE RULES

  • The recreation area, opens at 9.00am and closes at 7.30pm and the children’s play area opens from 9am to 9pm or dusk. As we have neighbouring residential properties, we also ask that noise in these areas is kept to a minimum after 7.00pm.

  • Do not leave dogs unattended in caravan/awning/tent at any time.
  • If using disposable barbecues, please raise from the ground to prevent the grass from being scorched. We can supply blocks if required and stands are available to rent from reception.
  • Our insurance policy requires that open fires of any kind are strictly forbidden
  • Please do not use washing lines. Caravan window and free standing dryers are acceptable.

NOISE

In the interest of everyone we do not allow loud music at any time and please keep general noise to a reasonable level at all times and to an absolute minimum after 11pm. Groups in particular are reminded that late at night noise can be very intrusive to those around you.
